• All products on BluCart are fulfilled and shipped directly by the brand that supplies them.

• Once your order is placed, the supplier begins fulfilling it according to their individual schedule.

🚚 Shipping Times

• Delivery times vary by brand, product type, and location.

• Most suppliers dispatch orders within 2–7 business days, but some items may take longer.

• The estimated delivery window shown at checkout is based on the supplier’s standard shipping timeline.

Note: If your order contains items from multiple brands, they may arrive separately and on different dates.

📦 Split Shipments

Because BluCart works with multiple brand partners:

• Your items may ship from different warehouses.

• You may receive multiple tracking numbers and separate packages.

• This is completely normal for Shopify Collective orders.

📍 Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are set by each supplier and will be calculated at checkout.

• Some suppliers may offer free shipping promotions, which will apply automatically if available.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

• Once a brand ships your item, you will receive an email with the tracking number (if provided by the supplier).

• Tracking availability depends on the supplier’s courier service.

If your tracking number hasn’t updated within 3–5 days, feel free to contact us — we’ll request an update from the supplier on your behalf.

🌍 Delivery Areas

We currently ship only to locations supported by our partner brands.
If a brand does not deliver to your region, the item may be unavailable at checkout.
